Day 433: MishMash

Some things just flow. Of them, four lovely skype sessions in 24 hours. Thank you Katherine, Sarah, Rob and regal lady Lilley Harvey, motherly and wonderful with her humour, her honesty, her beautiful face and her lovely baby.

Yoga teaching here for the first time on Friday. Eeeeeeep. Yes! I didn't find out till I got there if it was to be in English, French or both. Just English this time. It was fabulous and lovely. I adored it. Massively grateful to Nicolò for loving support and very specific and useful feedback.

This is wonderful. I'm teaching twice more this week. Tomorrow morning (most likely just the two of us, but there could be one or two more) and on Friday in a school in Pointe Claire, with lovely Ganesha (I now know two people called Ganesha - oh, how my life has changed!).

Good coaching sessions - rich and interesting. Things I neeed to think about. Hmmm. Hmmmmm. Hmmmmmmmm.

So much ruminating going on, I'm almost missing some of the wonderful things that are going on. Gifts like sunlight on water, buds giving way to flowers and turning into leaves, sunlight that warms as well as cooks now (no more stealth rays - summer is pushing at the borders of spring, asking for its turn already, when spring's just finding its feet).

I saw a big heap of thaw ice today, dirty and winter-old, melting into the pavement. They're so big, though, so me of those blocks, that they've lasted ages despite the heat.

Big little birds here. Robins bigger than our little nublet robins. Squirrels are bigger too, I think, though I may just have expansion specs on. A delightful ice-cream family Sunday with Bhaskar's little ones and after lunch, Bhaskar too. A rich and fascinating breakfast with Anna. I saw a fox up a tree (private amusing thing only for me, really).

Love. It's great, isn't it, whatever shape it takes. Honesty's pretty good too. And curiosity. All in all, I've got it pretty good.
