Day 328: Pol(l)yanna

I was thinking about this blog today. Innit. I was wondering whether someone reading might think that I was relentlessly positive in all things, or that I'm a 'Pollyanna' (check out this link for correct use of the term 'Pollyanna' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FOTzC-0xg0). I'm listening to it as I type and wishing I was, like, well in love with someone who was, like, well in love with me and we were having a ten-feet-tall, loved-up lovely time. I love Doris Day, though. She's perky brilliant. She makes me smile.

Oh, today. How did you do what you did? I slept far too long. I did one of those long, pensive half-sleeps and I had some very telling dreams as I did. Good. That bit was good. That long in bed was not.

Then a lovely dose of Grundel, Waller and Grundel and some good work/play done. Then a very pleasing taster coaching session in RFH. Behind us, as we did our thing, a beautiful man and woman practiced dance moves. He was especially beautiful - all glisteny muscles and smooth precison. He was made of tone. It's wonderful to watch dancers move. They have so much more fluency in every cell than most of us do. I nearly thanked them on our way out, but I was mid-conversation, so I didn't. The session was good. I must see one more before I make a decision. Good, good. Good.

Thank you, Gwen, for the gift(s) you gave me. They are much appreciated. Thank you too, Lady Em. Thank you, Rebecca, for recommending me for a multilingual job in Geneva. I have a call about it tomorrow. Yes, Yes, Yes. Bespoke roleplay in as many languages as I can muster. Oh, yes please!

This evening, not so productive, but I commit to being in bed by midnight, all switched off or at the very most, reading a little. Up early in the morning, and really up this time, please. No dithering. I have things to do!
