Day 224: Woo

Ooh...

Despite a bad back, two wrong trains and a complete wrong turn out of Putney Bridge station, I made it to the Sivananda Yoga Centre to check them out. I managed to sit on my arse for a long time, do some postures (though I had to be very careful) and hear about the centre. Then I went on a (finally successful) hunt for good-looking business clothes. I have managed a Massimo Dutti smart shirt for £4.99 and a few pairs of smart black pants for less than a tenner combined. I have a back-up! When you're me, you can't go to a job with just one pair of smart trousers, even if it's only a couple of days. If I'm going to have to eat something at any point, I have to assume I'll manage to ruin at least one pair. I am now equipped.

Delicious time with Sarah Lonton. We laughed and made noises. I do like her. She's very clever without having to go on about clever-sounding things to prove it. I found that noticeable.

Noticeable too is the way my eyes are drifting and my fingers are only just tapping out this text on their own. I must bid you a sweet farewell before I bang y ead on the screen.
